1. About Us

This store is operated by Childhood Mat ("we", "us"). By visiting the store or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy.

2. Who Can Order

We sell and ship to customers in Canada. You must give accurate contact, shipping and payment details when you order.

3. Our Products

We show our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different on your screen than in real life. Product photos are digital mockups that show the printed design — the desk, keyboard, mouse and other items around the mat are props and are not included.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout. We can change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order you have already placed.

5. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock, a price was shown by mistake, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you paid for, we refund you in full.

7. Store Content

The text, graphics and logo on this store belong to Childhood Mat or are used with permission. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

8. Liability and Your Rights

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our store or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Canadian and provincial consumer protection law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
